Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ahuja Opticians

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order ID. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed for: (a) cancelled orders before shipment, (b) products returned in original condition within the return period, or (c) defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Customized products such as prescription lenses and opened contact lenses are non-refundable unless they are received in a defective condition.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account. If still not received, contact your bank or payment provider. For further assistance, contact our support team.
