Exchange & Return Policy – Ahuja Opticians

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized prescription lenses, used contact lenses, and any product that shows signs of use or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be defective upon receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund upon verification.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will arrange pickup from your location where possible. Pack the item securely to avoid any transit damage.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, you may choose another item of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by you. No refund will be issued if the new product is of lesser value.
