1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship orders across India to most cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you at the time of order processing.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract additional charges depending on the delivery address.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Custom lens orders may take additional time. You will be notified via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the delivery location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues or external factors like weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact our support team if you do not receive tracking details.

6. Order Delays or Non-delivery

In case of any delay or failed delivery, our customer service team will reach out to resolve the issue. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered or damaged, please do not accept it. In case you have accepted the delivery, report any damage or missing items to our customer service within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.
